The money fans pay to park at Dodger Stadium goes to....

Can fans stop complaining about the parking lots now?

Bill Shaikin has the latest. {L.A. Times}

Under terms of the deal, no development would take place on the lots unless the Johnson group and McCourt agree. The deal also ensures that McCourt can retain partial ownership of the lots and share in any future development revenue.

The money fans pay to park at Dodgers games goes to the new ownership group.

Also, remember that this new ownership group does not take over just yet.

Again, from Shaikin -

Magic Johnson cannot become the face of the Dodgers until the sale of the closes, which is scheduled for April 30. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court is set to approve the sale agreement on April 13.

 Here's a video of PBS News Hour interviewing Shaikin. I'll have more later.

The Dodgers are offering $25,000 for information.

From the Daily News - {linked here}

The Los Angeles Dodgers announced they were offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of suspects in the beating of a San Francisco Giants fan at Dodger Stadium, increasing the total reward to $50,000.

A $10,000 reward offered by the San Francisco Giants and $5,000 from American Medical Response, the victim's employer, has also been added to the $10,000 reward Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich issued Saturday, Antonovich said.

Bryan Stow, a paramedic from the Santa Cruz area, was beaten in a parking lot of Dodger Stadium Thursday following the season-opening game between the Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers. Stow was wearing Giants clothing.

I will have to disagree with Skip Bayless of ESPN.

Watch this -

Seriously? We can't even go on a road trip to cheer for your favorite team? I've seen the Dodgers at different cities and I've never thought about not even wear any Dodger gear.

Fenway Park - Boston

Yankee Stadium - New York

And the last trip I made to San Francisco was August 2009. Check out this slideshow. {linked here}

I will respectfully disagree with Skip.

I think we need more security at the parking lots. We need more bright lights. Why do I see more security before the game instead? I don't see much security after the game.
