2013 Survey Vouchers

Last October (Yeah, four months ago!) I posted a link to a Dodgers survey where if you complete the survey, the Dodgers will send you two tickets for the 2013 season. {linked here}

I totally forgot about it until I received this in the mail from the Dodgers last week.
