Hey Roberto! Super excited to go to fanfest this weekend. How do all the autographs lines go? And is there a "one autograph per person per player" ? Thanks!

@ Jeremiah

If it's anything like recent fanfests, it will be either 4 or 5 tents with 4 or 5 lines. Usually it's two players per tent. You'll form at one of the lines, and it's totally random who you will get. There's no announcements as to which player will sign at which tent, they just walk up to a tent and start signing. When one player is done, the next one comes in.

Because of the amount of people who are there it's one auto per person. Please try not to take photos or share your life story with the players, your fellow Dodgers fans behind you will appreciate it.

The best part of fanfest to me is all the cool freebies you get if you come really early, and don't waste your time getting those first autos. All the good stuff goes fast.

Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if for the Opening Day ticket sale at the Stadium is first come first serve? The past few years have been done with a random draw of the wristband numbers in order to determine purchasing order.

@papaya - ticjet rep confirmed its gonna be random drawing again for ticket sales.

are the autographs free?

@ PJ

Yes they are for free. The schedule is out for autos. On Dodgers Talk they said they will distribute wristbands for autographs so everyone will have a chance to get at least one auto that they wanted.

In other words, people are not going to get everyone on the list. You'll be lucky if you get more than one of the big names (Kemp, Ethier, Grenks, Lasorda, Fernando).
