The Dodgers haven't been winning since I've been hospitalized. I've seen a few games and all I have to say right now is that they stink. My goodness, what's going on?
Last Tuesday I mentioned that I was going through surgery later that day. I did. Surgeons did a 'Lymph Node Biopsy' by my left shoulder. I recovered nicely and my appetite is coming back.
The results from the 'Lymph Node Biopsy' came back today and unfortunately they discovered a rare infection. And it might be connected to my lungs. I did get sad when they told me since I was starting to feel better since surgery and thought maybe I would be leaving the hospital soon. Obviously, that's not going to happen now. Doctors will be discussing between them what the next best step is. Most likely more antibiotics.
I'll see you soon.

Hang in there, Roberto. Still praying for you.
Roberto, we're all thinking of you and rooting for you, and let the antibiotics do their work. Then if we get Carlos Lee, maybe we'll see some hitting for you.
Tough development but at least you have a diagnosis and you'll have a game plan. Hope you continue to feel better.
We're rooting for you, Roberto!
Rest up Roberto. The sooner your Docs take care of you, the sooner you are back home and when your more settled in, Dodger Stadium.

When I was in the hospital last year, I felt much better when the Dodgers won that game where Russ Mitchell hit the HR against the White Sox... I hope these guys will do the same for you. Follow those nurse's orders, and nothing wrong with requesting a cute one (nurse, that is)...
Hope you get better quick bro dodgers need you back to spread the blue news we are praying for you.
Roberto, the Dodgers need you to leave the hospital quick like. And I'm tired of going to losing games. Seriously, get better and hope to see you soon.

Roberto, I continue to pray for you. Pray that the infection can be treated by antibiotics and that you will be back to Dodger Stadium soon. Use this time to grow, while you may feel like you are in a deep valley, something good will come out of this I pray that you will speak to the Lord in prayer and that he grants you good health.
Prayers for you, Roberto. You're part of the Dodger family and we're with you.
Be cool Man. I'm pulling for you and for good news from the doctors.
