When will MLB announce the N.L. Cy Young & MVP?

I'm surprised the amount of fans that ask when will MLB announce the Cy Young and MVP awards?  It's always in the month of November. I also get a laugh when fans say they don't want the Milwaukee Brewers to win the World Series because that will guarantee a MVP award to Ryan Braun.

Wrong! The Baseball writers association of America (BBWAA) have already voted. It was done a day or two after the regular season ended. Which means they voted last week. In reality, it doesn't matter what the Brewers do in these playoffs. Braun can hit 10 bombs in the World Series and it won't matter.

The exact dates -----

Monday, Nov. 14: AL & NL Jackie Robinson Rookie of the Year Awards.

Tuesday, Nov. 15: AL Cy Young Award.

Wednesday, Nov. 16: AL & NL Manager of the Year Awards.

Thursday, Nov. 17: NL Cy Young Award.

Monday, Nov. 21: AL Most Valuable Player Award.

Tuesday, Nov. 22: NL Most Valuable Player Award.

So there you have it. Mark your calender for November 17 and 22. 

Oh, Thanksgiving is November 24. :)
