He's not talking about saving 20 games with the Dodgers next year though. He's still without a visa and no word yet on what's going on with that.
Belisario has been practicing every day with the Bravos de Margarita. They are a winter league team in Venezuela.
Belisario last pitched for the Dodgers in 2010. He missed the entire 2011 season due to visa problems.
