I wasn't planning on going to San Diego but I did a spontaneous trip with the family. We left the house last Saturday at 8am and arrived before 11am.
First stop was to park the car in front of Petco Park. We just left the car and went walking around the city. No beach trip since it was a bit cold/cloudy.
My baby didn't like Petco Park

Just kidding. He was hungry.

Left Petco Park and went here.

I had this for Breakfast/Lunch. Whenever you're in San Diego, got to visit Ghirardelli! Trust me, just go. I hear they will be opening one in Ontario.

Went back to Petco Park. Band was playing "Beat L.A.".

Got this towel entering Petco Park - Usher sees my Dodger jacket/hat and says "You won't burn it, right?".

Batting Practice

I was prepared for autographs but it's difficult when you have family with you. I did get lucky with Don Mattingly.

Thanks Donnie Baseball!
Matt Kemp's mom, Judy.

It was a mob scene for Clayton Kershaw. I got hit in the ribs.

I've never sat here before. It was section 208. It was awesome! Great view. I was surprised. I thought I wasn't going to enjoy the game. Dodgers lost but we all had fun. Many Dodger fans were in hand. It's "Dodger Stadium South".

The Padres just acquired a Power Hitter.
SpongeBob in the house!

Memo to the Dodgers - Sell me a hamburger like this. Not that Carl's Jr crap. It was so good. Fries were too salty though.

Casey Blake and Dylan Hernandez approves.

Did you know the Padres have a Cheer Team? It's called "Pad Squad".

I guess the Padres don't know when to cheer and these ladies tell them what to do.

Baby made it through the day. Didn't mind that the Dodgers lost.
