Clayton Kershaw is the leading Cy Young candidate

In my opinion, wins shouldn't be taken into consideration when deciding who should win the Cy Young award. But old school voters will look at the wins. And I'm happy that Clayton Kershaw was able to win his 20th game last night.

Stats as of now -

20-5 (Tied 1st - Ian Kennedy)
2.27 ERA (1st - J. Cueto is in 2nd place with a 2.31 ERA)
242 K's (1st - C. Lee is in 2nd place with 232 strike outs)
0.99 WHIP (2nd - C. Lee is in 1st place with a 0.98 WHIP)
.208 AVG (1st - C. Lee is in 2nd place. .214)

Next start for Kershaw - Sunday against the San Diego Padres. He's the leading candidate for Cy Young!
