Following Friday’s game, fans can enjoy Friday Night Fireworks from the field, presented by Pizza Hut. Fans will be able to take in fireworks at Dodger Stadium following each Friday home game this season.

Friday is Korean Heritage Night and members of the Korean community will be at Dodger Stadium to celebrate. The Consul General of Korea will throw out a ceremonial first pitch and Korean YouTube sensation Megan Lee will sing the National Anthem and God Bless America. Korean community leaders will also be recognized on the field during pre-game ceremonies and the UCLA Hanoolim Korean Traditional Drumming Team will perform. As part of City of Alhambra Night, more than 2,000 Alhambra residents will be at the game. Among the Alhambra residents honored on the field before the game will be Japanese-America World War II veterans Mas Takahashi and Ken Akune. Takahashi and Akune were members of the infamous 442nd Regimental Combat Team and the Military Intelligence Service that helped make up the “Go For Broke” Japanese-American fighting force in the 1940s. President Barack Obama recently awarded them both with the Congressional Gold Medal of Honor, our nation’s highest civilian recognition.

Saturday is the Second Annual Bark in the Park at Dodger Stadium, presented by Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Pet Foods, Inc. Fans that purchase a special event ticket in the All-You-Can-Eat Right Field Pavilion are invited to bring their dogs to the stadium. Bark in the Park begins at 5:10 p.m. with a pre-game "Pup Rally" in Parking Lot G between the Left and Right Field Pavilions. The rally will feature a skateboarding demonstration by Tillman the skateboarding dog as well as contests including biggest dog, smallest dog, most Dodger-spirited dog and the dog that looks the most like Tillman. Immediately following the "Pup Rally," fans and their dogs will parade around the warning track. The Dodgers will donate a portion of the proceeds from Bark in the Park to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Los Angeles. Tillman will also deliver the ceremonial first pitch. Sunday is a Viva Los Dodgers Day, presented by State Farm, Time Warner Cable and Chevrolet. Starting two hours prior to each Sunday game, fans can enjoy live music and a family-friendly celebration in Lot 6 and admission is free with a ticket to the game. The initiative culminates with La Gran Fiesta: Viva Los Dodgers on Saturday, Sept. 17. This Sunday, El Gavachillo (Wil-Dog of Ozomatli) y Banda La Juvenil and the No Te Rajes Jalisco Folklorico Group will perform. For more information, visit or

Boxer Julio César Chávez Jr. will throw out a ceremonial first pitch and also take photos with fans in Viva from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Chavez is an undefeated Mexican boxer and the son of six-time World Champion boxer Julio César Chávez. He will take on the World Boxing Council (WBC) middleweight champion Sebastian Zbik at STAPLES Center on Wednesday, June 4.
