The Dodgers have placed pitcher Hong-Chi Kuo on the disabled list. They haven't said why. Don Mattingly won't comment on it yet.
Pitcher Scott Elbert has been called up from Triple-A.

I'm told Kuo's issue is psychological. Related to the yips he had a couple of years ago.
I hope Kuo can recover from this. We definitely need him since this Bullpen is not a effective one.
