That looks like a creepy Tom Hanks and a recycled Mark McGwire action figure respectively ;D
I could be wrong, but McFarlane might not have the license to use the player's exact likeness for the Playmakers series. If you look at some of the older figures, none of them look like who they're supposed to be.
