I was at Camelback Ranch when my brother sends me a text saying that Duke Snider passed away. I did not know since I wasn't online. In the middle of the game, the Dodgers held a moment of silence for the Duke.
The first time I met Duke was at a card show but I don't remember much.
The second time was at Dodger Stadium. He was walking and I yelled "Duke!" I noticed that he was in a rush so I did not try for a autograph. Which I didn't mind since I got one at that card show.
The third time was at Dodger Stadium once again. He was signing a book titled "Few And Chosen: Defining Dodger Greatness Across the Eras"
Rest in peace Duke.
