Autographs: Carlos Monasterios

I just came back from Kragen's Auto Parts. Carlos Monasterios made a appearance in Covina. The event was scheduled to start at 12pm. I arrived around 10:45am. Not a lot of people in line. About 25 fans were in front of me.

Monasterios arrived in time. About 12:10pm, I was already getting Monasterios signature. He was great. I spoke to him in Spanish and asked him how he was doing. He said he's doing good. Ready to be a starter again.

Hold on Rookie! :)

I was able to get 2 autographs. I guess they didn't have a limit since the line was so short.
It was a good event. Not a lot of fans. The employees were great. I enjoyed it.

Big shout out to Richard, Linda, Greg, William, Larry, Ruben, Michael, Kevin, and Chuy! I'm sure I forgot some people. I'm sorry. It was nice seeing you again or for the first time!

Plus Deuce was there. That kid is everywhere! Even Monasterios recognized him. Two family members or friends who brought Monasterios even recognized Deuce. In Spanish they said "Es el bailarin de los Dodgers!" Meaning, it's the dance leader of the Dodgers! That's pretty cool. Even a fan said "Is he the kid from The Left Field Pavilion?"

lol It actually came out sweet! I got him to sign a picture with a sharpie and a ball with a regular blue pen.

Hey Roberto, I'll be going to photo day tomorrow. Do you think 9AM is a good time to arrive @ the stadium?

Thanks in advance.

@ Pedro - No dude, that's too early. The gates open at 11:10. You're good if you get there at that time...

ooh i'd like to see the finished product of the photo. The black sharpie probably looks great with the black border
