Fenway Park Update
Just checking in...
I'll post pictures and videos when I arrive back in Los Angeles. For today, it's a day off. I'm not going to the game. We are going to explore the city. We'll be there tomorrow for the ESPN/Night game.
Last night was amazing. I've dreamed of visiting this ballpark since I was a little kid but never thought I would watch the Dodgers play here. But thanks to interleague play, we get that opportunity.
The atmosphere around the ballpark is great. The fans arrive very early. You see a lot of bars and restaurants around Fenway Park. There's a lot to do there.
Manny Ramirez was the talk of the town. I didn't really care about that. There was mixed reaction from his first at-bat. You can tell many Sox fans have hard time saying something bad about him. They have this love/hate relationship. Other fans will just tell you "Manny can go to hell"
I was interested in checking out Fenway Park. I was impressed. This old park looks amazing. No wonder they say "Most beloved ballpark" I will post pictures in a couple of days.
E-mails... I'm not being a jerk, I will respond. Please give me some time. We've been walking and running for the last six days. I think we only sleep about five hours. We need to take advantage of this trip. It's not like when I'm back in L.A. where I'm in the computer all day and I can respond faster :)
Follow me on Twitter for updates. Go here. Since I won't be on a computer, it's easier for me to tell you what's going on. With replies, it's a bit harder for me. I'm sorry for not re-tweeting your messages. Please don't think I'm ignoring you. I will respond soon! I promise. Thanks.
