Billingsley back to form

Chad Billingsley pitched a game that we all wanted to see. He only allows one run in six innings. The Dodgers offense couldn't help Billingsley as they were shutout. They wasted Billingsley's performance. The Dodgers lost but I'm not as mad as the other losses. Maybe because Billingsley did what he was suppose to do.

Vicente Padilla went to the Disabled List yesterday with a right forearm soreness. It's not looking good right now. Dodgers are two games below .500 and the San Diego Padres are in first place.

Padilla was replaced by Jon Link. Did you catch this article by Ken Gurnick?

When starter Vicente Padilla was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a sore right forearm Saturday, Link had already left New Orleans with the Triple-A Albuquerque Dukes, connected through Houston and landed in Omaha, Neb., the next stop on Albuquerque's trip.

Dukes? Are you serious? No more Isotopes? Thank God!

That was a little mistake I guess. I'm hoping Link stays here for a while. I still didn't understand why the Dodgers sent him down earlier this week.

As you know, Manny Ramirez is back in Los Angeles. Poor guy, he must be sad that he's not with the Dodgers on this trip. I'm sure he's watching the Dodgers on T.V.

Right? I'll have more on this later.

Ken is living in the past they havent been called that since 2000 and its not even the same team the calgary cannons became the isotopes so basically the dukes are gone.

i also like Link he has confidence when he pitches i think he can do great. but who is going to pitch tuesday... nobody knows i just hope its not towers because that would mean we would have to take off someone off the 40 man roster. i rather go with the combination of relivers Carlos M. and Ramon ortiz even though i really am hating Ortiz right now
