Who is Carlos Monasterios?

He might be the fifth starter.

Carlos Monasterios is competing for the fifth starter role. The Mets selected Monasterios in the Rule 5 draft last December and then traded him to the Dodgers for cash considerations. Monasterios was a prospect in the Phillies' organization who was acquired from the Yankees in the Bobby Abreu trade.

I like rooting for these kind of players that no one knows about.
