Baseball is not that important if you don't have health. People can tend to forget small things in life. I have been reminded many times this year with my own health issues that life can be tricky at times.
My dad had heart surgery yesterday and everything is looking normal. It's hard seeing him with tubes in his mouth and machines all over the room. It's a reminder that life can be cruel sometimes but it's also a challenge to see how you are going to handle these events.
You won't see me blogging much in the next couple of days. I will be spending time at the Hospital with my dad and make sure he's doing okay.
I did see a couple of people using their laptops in the waiting room. Maybe there's Wi-Fi? If so, I'll have something here later...
Have a good one everyone! (Spring is almost here!)

Baseball IS a diversion..a game. Buneas suerte to you and your Father.
Good to hear, Roberto. Don't eat too much of that hospital food.
All the best to your dad.
...I was going to write something lame like "ironically, health is not that important if you don't have baseball"...
...but in all seriousness, best of luck to you and your father and hope everything works out okay.
And to build on Orel's comment, I'd avoid the jello.
Thanks everyone! :)
You and your family are in my prayers.
Thanks Steve :)
