I'm Home

I was discharged from the Hospital yesterday around 4pm. It came as a surprise. I was hearing news I might be let go by Saturday or Sunday. I can't complain. After getting out, I had a great dinner with my Wife and then my intention was to turn on the computer and stay up all night to catch up with you and read all the Dodgers news. The one week I'm away, the Dodgers announce several things. No signings but there were some interesting news.

Well, catching up with everyone didn't quite work out. I went straight to bed and slept. I was tired. You have to understand that it's a challenge to get some sleep at a Hospital. Nurses waking you up every hour to check vital signs and the other patients having their t.v. on too loud. It's hard.

Speaking of T.V., check out my Zenith Big Screen t.v. that I had in my room. Nice, huh? I watched the Lakers twice on this t.v. Was that really Kobe Bryant resting on the floor? Sorry, I couldn't tell because my t.v. had a contrast, color, volume problems!

As far as my health goes, I feel good. I got plenty antibiotics and there was no need for anymore blood transfusions. My Blood cells are not that high like they would like to see but it's not that low like it was before. I still need to see the Doctors. I have four appointments next week and who knows what follows. I just hope everything turns out well.

Thank you for the comments you left on the blog. I read them all from the Hospital on my cell phone. It meant so much reading those comments while I was in bed not knowing what was going to happen. I appreciate it. Thanks for the e-mails too. I have yet to respond to them but I will do that now.

Thanks everyone! It feels good being back. I'll be back later this afternoon with a Thanks post. I want to thank many people.
